Emerge is a seven week, art journalling-based, online, group coaching experience that will help you build a second life after trauma or change by reconnecting with your soul through the medium.
What does that mean?
When life-changing instances occur, we often feel a loss of personal identity as we try to navigate to a new way of living in our new reality. When we no longer feel as if we know ourselves, it can be difficult to move forward. As a group, we will go on a journey to look into why you may feel stuck or unable to move forward after change. We will all be working on the same guided objectives but each journey is up to the individual. How much you share is up to you, this includes your personal story and your artwork. Posting photos of your work or questions about it are encouraged in the group as it can be beneficial to you and to others, but it is all up to the individual and an atmosphere of encouragement and support is cultivated, rather than criticism. The group is a safe space.
The Emerge programme is not a substitute for counselling or other therapies. It is a deep look into who you are from your own perspective using your own creative energies. I will guide you through steps to make your own book in which you will be doing your introspective work. You will come out of the course with a handmade book that is full of your personal explorations into what makes you you to help you sit in your truth as you navigate the future in your beautiful second life.
Anyone can do this programme.
You may be a beginner, or you may be an experienced artist. The focus is on the soul-connecting exercises and support will be given where needed. The experience contains a high level of interaction through a private Facebook group and weekly live check-ins where you are able to ask questions. What I’m saying is:
You are good enough.
You will do your own work (and, yes, you are perfectly capable).
I will be there to help and guide every step of the way.
