Are you an art therapist?
I am not a qualified art therapist, counsellor, or psychologist and my art-based experiences are not a substitute for therapy. The things I teach in my coaching groups and workshops are things that have worked for me and helped me to identify areas within my own healing that I needed to work on. They have also helped me coax out and define more about who I really am, which is why I focus so much on identity. Having a grounding in who we are at the base/soul level, gives us a better chance of grounding ourselves in our new realities.

I would love to do an in-person art-experience with you! Will you be doing any retreats?
I absolutely want to do in-person art retreats and classes. Can you even imagine how fun that would be?! It is part of my long-term plans to be able to offer this.

A few weeks before a workshop or other art-experience opens up I will be posting the payment link in the shop as well as making announcements in the newsletter, on Instagram, and in the Second Star Life Community on Facebook.
