Emerge is an art-based, group coaching programme designed to help you move into your new life after trauma or change by exploring the self through the medium. It is a wonderful compliment to other therapies and counselling and is a deeply personal way to find out more about your true self. We will build our own book and fill it with meaningful art work through careful guidance.
